There is a choice to be made. There is a choice that is waiting for us; a way of allowing our awareness to deepen into the heart and body so the unconscious sources of our fear, anxiety and confusion can be transformed. This is the choice to feel, embrace, recognize and relax into the next stages of our personal and collective evolution.

In the work of Integrative Awakening, I listen deeply as you express your emotional and/or 'evolutionary challenges.' I sense and read the subtle energies in your body, mind and heart, helping you navigate your awareness into the precise areas where your Soul (Heart) and Personality (Humanness) are most needing harmonious integration (union and balance).

Our sessions are positive, accepting and empowering. Many existing therapies are based upon models of lack and deficiency; that something is wrong with a person and needs to be fixed or healed. That is an old model with limited benefit. In the work of Integrative Awakening, deep change, awakening and empowerment occurs through the art of being completely present and acccepting with whatever is unfolding in a relaxed and open manner. In this way, one learns to stop judging and fighting their experience, ending the internal resistance, stress and war. Illness and dis-ease are simply a reflection of how we are grasping at or trying to push away our experience, it is not a dysfunction or defect!

In our work together, we develop a deep, heart-centered, and co-creative partnership, involving subtle listening, empathic skills and dialogue. This allows me to see and sense your specific evolutionary needs. I will support you in recognizing, embracing and transforming the actual root causes of your fear, anxiety or pain. I assist you in an effective and non-invasive manner so as to transform disempowering cogntive and emotional mispeceptions of reality. You will be empowered with the undertanding and practices you will need so as to cultivate and maintain greater physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. You will also learn how to open into a more direct and conscious experience of Source, your True Self or Heart.

There are powerful changes taking place upon our planet and within our hearts, minds and bodies. Collectively, we are experiencing a tremendous evolutionary acceleration. Many of you are experiencing life challenges that feel as if they are associated with psycho-emotional dysfunction or past wounding. Please understand, this is rarely always the actual reality of the matter!

In reality, the behavioral and emotional manifestations you are experiencing are not dysfunction or wounding. You are experiencing the 'evolutionary call and challenge' of stepping courageously into your next stages of conscious awakening and heart opening!

It is important for me to communicate that I am not simply a therapist who assists people with so called emotional problems. That is only one small level of skill I offer so as to function within the accepted framework of modern psychotherapy. I want to state openly and clearly that I specialize in facilitating and 'midwifing' the actual birth process of human awakening—the process of birthing your True Self (Higher Self/Soul/Heart) into your embodied, human experience.
